Order

How do i place an order?

Once you've chosen an item, you can add it to your cart by clicking the "Add to Cart" button. When all your products are in the cart, proceed to checkout by selecting "Secure Checkout." Enter your shipping details and complete your order with payment.

Did my order go through?

You should receive a confirmation email shortly after placing your order. This email will include all the important details. If you can’t find it, please check your spam folder. If you’re still unsure, feel free to contact us, and we’ll verify whether your order was received.

Shipping & Delivery Time

How long will it take to receive my order?

The delivery time may take up to 10 business days depending on the destination country. Your provoc8™ product is custom-made for you after your order is placed – no stock items gathering dust somewhere.
As soon as we receive your order and payment, production begins. Once completed, your product undergoes a meticulous final check before being shipped.

Typically, you can expect a delivery time of 3-5 business days. However, if there are any delays, we will inform you promptly and work with you to find a solution. It’s worth the wait – we promise!

Where do you ship to?

We ship within the European Union.

Which shipping service do you use?

We only ship insured with DHL and GLS. These are the carriers we have had the best experience with.

What are the shipping costs?

A detailed list of shipping rates and the countries we deliver to can be found under Shipping in our navigation. Alternatively, you can click here to view the overview directly.

The shipping costs will also be displayed again during checkout before you complete your order.

Is there a tracking option for my shipment?

Yes, after your order has been shipped, you will receive a DHL or GLS tracking number by email, allowing you to track your delivery.

Order and Shipping Confirmation

Why haven't I received an order or shipping confirmation?

It’s possible that the order and shipping confirmation emails were marked as spam by your email provider and moved to your spam folder.

Please check your spam folder if you haven’t received an email from us.

If you can’t find it there either, please contact our customer service, and we will resolve the issue promptly.

Returns

What should I do if an item is defective?

It can occasionally happen that despite a thorough final check, a product or print may be defective or have another issue. If this happens, please contact us immediately, and we will find a solution.

How can I return my order?

You can return your ordered items within 14 days under the legal right of withdrawal, as long as they are unused and securely packaged. Please send us a brief notification before returning the items so we are informed. For more information about the right of withdrawal, please click here.

Who covers the return shipping costs?

You are responsible for the return shipping costs unless we have delivered a defective product, the wrong size, or another issue. In that case, we will, of course, cover the return shipping costs and refund the full purchase amount for the faulty item or send you a replacement, depending on your preference.

If a refund is issued, the money will be returned to the payment method you used. This may take a few days, depending on the payment method.

Is there a newsletter?

Can I purchase vouchers?

Unfortunately, not yet. However, we are working on it behind the scenes.

Review

Can I rate my order/delivery?

Yes, you can rate your order! Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking code and an overview. In this email, you will also have the option to sign up for a review request or agree to a review request to ensure everything is accurate. You can use the link or button in the email at any time. Just keep the shipping email, and you’ll have the ability to submit your review conveniently whenever you like.

How should I wash my provoc8™ item?

Alleged delivery errors

  • Alleged delivery errors

    It may happen that your provoc8™ garment shows imprints from the printing frame upon delivery.

    This is because the garment is clamped into a frame for printing. These imprints will disappear completely after the first wash.

    Note: If you notice a "frame imprint" on your provoc8™ garment, you should wash it fairly soon. Otherwise, improper storage could cause the imprint to remain.

    A slight vinegar smell may also occur.

    This is caused by the printing process and will also disappear after the first wash. The smell is completely harmless.
