  • How can I leave a review? What happens after your order?

    Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation via email containing:

    • Tracking code
    • Order summary

    In this email, you will also have the option to voluntarily and in compliance with data protection agree to a review request. This ensures everything remains transparent and proper.

    You can use the link or button in the email at any time.

    Just keep the shipping email – that way, you can easily submit your review anytime.

    Note

    Due to system limitations, reviews are currently only available for customers in Germany.

    What happens after you submit your review?

    After clicking “Submit review”, you will be automatically redirected to the confirmation page:

    ✅ “Thank you for your review!” will appear

    ✅ You’ll see your submitted review

    ✅ Under “Publish review as: First name Last name (Edit)” you can adjust the publicly visible name

    You can easily choose between:

    • Full name
    • Initials
    • “Anonymous”

  • You’re in control of your review

    You decide what is shown.

    Clicked too quickly? No problem.

    If you forgot to change your name or want to edit your review text, you can do it anytime:

    Enter the email address to which the review request was sent


    You’ll receive a 'Magic Link' via email

    With it, you can:

    • Edit your review text
    • Adjust your name or choose to remain anonymous
